Rutgers Graduate, Dedicated Toms River Dietician Dies At 35 Rutgers graduate and devoted dietician Megan R. McCarthy died at her home in Toms River on Thursday, June 23. She was 35. Born in Edison, Megan grew up in Sayreville before graduating from both the Cook College at Rutgers and the Rutgers School of Health Professions, her obituary says. Megan had worked at Complete Care at Green Acres in Toms River, where she was a dedicated dietician who cared deeply for her patients.
