Pair Charged In Death Of South Jersey Man Who Overdosed On Fentanyl Laced With Animal Sedative Two accused South Jersey drug dealers have been charged with causing the death of a customer who fatally overdosed on fentanyl laced with an animal tranquilizer, authorities said. Rajik Morphis, 39, of Wrightstown, and Ozell Sutton, 39, also of Wrightstown, were charged with strict liability for a drug-Induced death and other drug charges, according to Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina. NJ Drug Dealer Pleads Guilty In Customer's Fentanyl/Heroin OD Death, Authorities Say A Trenton drug dealer admit guilty to providing the fentanyl-laced heroin that caused a woman's fatal overdose in 2018, authorities announced Thursday. Daquan Marshall, 30, pleaded guilty to strict liability in the drug-induced death of the first-degree in exchange for a nine-year sentence in New Jersey State Prison on Sept. 14, Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina said. Marshall, who pleaded guilty before Superior Court Judge John J. Burke III, will be sentenced on Oct. 19. Holly Morris met Kahlil Carpenter, 30, in Lumberton Township the day before her death to buy the drugs, according to Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina.
