A mall in South Jersey will be closed through the weekend due to a fire. The fire broke out in the food court of Voorhees Town Center on Friday evening, April 18, local firefighters said. 22-Year-Old Dad Of Toddler Killed In South Jersey Crash, Campaign Says
A 22-year-old South Jersey man was killed in a March 22 car accident, according to a GoFundMe campaign. Anthony DeAnne Jr., of Berlin, died in the crash, according to his aunt, Gia. The three-car head-on crash occurred in Voorhees, as previously reported by Daily Voice. Anthony left a 2-year-old son, Anthony, behind along with his girlfriend, Faith. A 22-year-old South Jersey driver was killed after hitting two other vehicles in a high-speed, head-on crash on Friday, March 22, police said. The unnamed driver from Berlin was headed south on Haddonfield Berlin Road in a 2008 Honda at a high rate of speed when they struck a 2024 Lexus SUV being operated by a 53-year-old Atco resident just before 10:10 p.m. near Lafayette Avenue in Voorhees, local police said. A 28-year-old man has been arrested for stabbing a security guard at a South Jersey bar this weekend, authorities said. South Jersey native and beloved brother Hunter Lee Harbs died unexpectedly on Sunday, Aug. 28. He was 22. Born in Voorhees, Hunter graduated from Arthur P. Schalick High School in 2018 and lived in Pittsgrove at the time of his death, his obituary says. A drunk driver from South Jersey was charged with child endangerment following a traffic stop in Mercer County, authorities said. Christian P. Exley, of Voorhees, was pulled over for driving erratically on Route 1 & Quakerbridge Road shortly after 1:50 a.m. on Sunday, June 12, West Windsor Police said in a release on Wednesday, July 13.
