Driver Who Struck Student At School Bus Stop Charged With Assault By Auto In South Jersey The driver of a car that struck at student crossing the street to a school bus has been charged with assault by auto in Gloucester Township, authorities said. The 15-year-old student from Camden County Technical School was seriously injured by the driver who allegedly ignored the bus' extended stop bar and warning lights, according to Gloucester Township police. The driver's name has not been released. The crash occurred at about 6:40 a.m. on Jan. 18 at Hickstown Road and Heatherwood Drive.
