Two teens were accused of stealing a vehicle and using it in "criminal activity" in Atlantic County, authorities said. Jakhi Richardson, 19, of Pleasantville, and an 18-year-old from Pleasantville were arrested after a four-month investigation, Brigantine police announced in a news release on Wednesday, Mar. 6. Two Atlantic City teens were arrested after they assaulted a delivery driver and stole his vehicle, authorities said. Atlantic City police responded to the report of a carjacking on Sewell Avenue at 2:57 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 10, the department announced in a news release on Tuesday, Feb. 13.
