SWAT Standoff: Teen Boy Dead, Shooters Barricaded In Philadelphia Garage, Report Says Two shooters believed to have killed a 17-year-old boy in Philadelphia barricaded themselves inside of a garage Thursday, Oct. 6, according to various news reports.
