An Amber Alert issued in Virginia ended tragically with a rollover crash in Prince George's County that left infant dead and two other children injured after being abducted by their father.
Shortly before 11 p.m. on Wednesday night, Virginia State Police issued an Amber Alert for 36-year-old Dana Plummer, 36, in connection to the abduction of Zayir Plummer, 5, Zayin Plummer, 7, and 16-month old Zariyah Plummer.

Man Assaults Officer Telling Him To Back Off Of Security Guard In Arlington, Cops Say
A Maryland man has been arrested in Virginia after assaulting and seriously injuring an officer overnight, police said.
The officer was conducting parking enforcement on the 2900 block of Columbia Pike in Arlington when he saw 29-year-old Otis Brown, of Waldorf, MD, confronting security of a nearby business around 12:50 a.m. Sunday, May 26, county police said.

Suspect Apprehended After Shooting Near Fairfax County Bus Stop: Police
A 52-year-old man from Alexandria was arrested for shooting a victim on Thursday, August 18 at a bus stop, Fairfax officials said.
At around 1:53 p.m., the 33-year-old victim got into an argument with the suspect, Paul Malone in Huntington, according to the Fairfax Police Department.
Malone shot the victim multiple times in their upper body, before fleeing the scene, authorities reported.
Witnesses and police investigation revealed there was a handgun near the scene, and that Malone was located at a nearby hotel, where he was later arrested, police said.
