UPS Driver Robbed At Festival At Riva Shopping Center In Annapolis: Police A UPS driver was robbed at gunpoint after making a delivery at a popular Annapolis shopping center, authorities said. Police responded to the robbery at the Festival at Riva Shopping Center, located at 2325 Forest Drive, around 11:20 a.m. on Wednesday, April 20, Anne Arundel County Police said.
