Teen Arrested In August For Auto Theft Busted With Carjacked Vehicle: Baltimore Police Police in Baltimore are working to determine if a pair of teens busted in a stolen vehicle are linked to any other recent auto thefts or carjackings in the region. At around 10:10 a.m. on Thursday morning, detectives were working an auto theft initiative in Southwest Baltimore when police say they spotted a vehicle stolen during a carjacking while patrolling in the 600 block of North Longwood Street.
