Playground Shooter Arrested Weeks After Incident Near Baltimore County Elementary School: PD
A 29-year-old man has been arrested after a shooting outside a Baltimore County elementary school playground last month, authorities announced. On Thursday, police say that Matthew Okumodi has been arrested in connection to the late October shooting not far from Edmondson Heights Elementary School that left a minor with a gunshot wound.
