John Quame De Love Killed In Head-On I-695 Crash In Maryland One person was killed by an allegedly intoxicated driver on I-695 in a wrong-way crash in Baltimore County on Thursday morning, state police say. Hyattsville resident John Quame De Love, 64, has been identified by investigators as the person killed in a crash involving Liluram Paudel, 34, who was reportedly driving east in the westbound lanes of the interstate.
