Two teens were busted after bailing out of a stolen vehicle containing drugs and weapons in Baltimore on Tuesday, Feb. 6, police said. Officers patrolling near Poplar Grove were alerted to a stolen vehicle in the area via a license plate reader, according to the Baltimore Police Department.
