How she ended up there remains a mystery, but prosecutors have a person of interest.  Constance Holminski Bassignani was found not far off the road on Route 76 in Warwick on June 24, 1989. She had been living in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, with her husband, William Bassignani.  Constance was last seen alive on Memorial Day in 1989. Man Tricked, Abused Women To Work As Prostitutes Throughout Northeast: Feds A Rhode Island man who pleaded guilty to coercing multiple women to work as prostitutes and using violence to keep them in line will spend 18 years in prison, federal authorities said.  Ronald Hall, 48, of Woonsocket, admitted in August to the near decade-long operation and pleaded guilty to four counts of sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion and one count of transportation of an individual to engage in prostitution, the US Attorney for Massachusetts said. In addition to the 18 years behind bars, Hall must also pay restitution to his victims. A judge will set that amount later.…

35-Year-Old Killed In Two-Vehicle, Wrong-Way Worcester County Crash Police are investigating after a man was killed in a fiery wrong-way crash in Massachusetts. Massachusetts State Police said troopers responded to reports of a two-vehicle crash on Route 146 northbound in the Worcester County town of Uxbridge at about 9:40 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 4. State Police said the driver of a 2004 Honda Accord was pronounced dead at the scene. He was identified as 35-year-old Jonathan Marmol, of Woonsocket, Rhode Island.
