New Eatery Plans Framingham Location In Beloved Restaurant's Former Building A new eatery is heading to Framingham, filling the building left empty by the closure of a Chinese restaurant that stayed in business for 40 years.  U Dumpling House, a Chinese dumpling restaurant, is planning to open at 266 Worcester Road in Framingham, according to City of Framingham documents.  The building was formerly occupied by Uncle Cheung's, a Chinese restaurant that opened in Framingham in 1983, according to the restaurant's Facebook page.   U Dumpling House will have room for 85 seats and will offer full liquor drinks.
