Sarah Scott, a Melrose native, was found shot the death along with 27-year-old Jacob De Zeeuw and 6-year-old Jacob at Phoenix home on Tuesday, March 21, Phoenix Police report. Investigators later determined that De Zeeuw fatally shot Sarah and Jacob before turning the gun on himself.
