'Everyone Is Dead': Teen Threatens To Shoot Up Chelsea School Following Fight: DA A 14-year-old boy was charged Monday, Oct. 23, in juvenile court after he allegedly said he planned to shoot up Shore Educational Collaborative school in Chelsea after he got into a fight last week, authorities said.  The boy was charged with making a bomb threat and was being held on a $750 bail, the Suffolk County District Attorney said.
