Group Of Teens Charged With Stealing 16 Vehicles In Maryland: Police Howard County police have charged a group of teenage suspects for stealing numerous vehicles during a six-month period in 2022. The arrests of the teens closed 16 vehicle thefts occurring from February-July in Laurel, Elkridge, Hanover, and neighboring jurisdictions, according to Howard County police. Alexander Bennett, 19, of Laurel, is charged with 15 counts of motor vehicle theft and 30 total counts of felony theft. Antonio Stephon Harrod, 36, is being held without bail and is charged with first and second-degree murder and weapon violations for killing 35-year-old Jesus Oisreal Freeman, Howard County police announced.
