Driver Who Transported Gunmen Before Fatal Shooting Of Capitol Heights Man Arrested, Police Say The man who allegedly drove two gunmen responsible for the fatal shooting of a 20-year-old Capitol Heights man who was found dead after a car crash in Montgomery County has been arrested, police say. Police and paramedics were called at around 9:40 p.m. on Nov. 28, 2023 to the 3600 block of Spruell Drive in Silver Spring following reports of a Toyota that had crashed into a parked vehicle.
