Murder Suspect Seized In Prince George's County, Police Say The man responsible for killing a 24-year-old victim and wounding another during a robbery has been captured in Prince George's County, authorities said. Alex Quinteros, 28, of Takoma Park, has been charged with murder in the shooting death of Hyattsville's Rudy Perez Gutierrez, on Friday, April 14, PGPD said. Rudy Perez Gutierrez and a second victim were found shot in the 2100 block of Guilford Road around 5:15 p.m., Friday, April 14. Gutierrez was pronounced dead on the scene.
