Antiero Ebai Menyoli, of Oxon Hill, MD, approached the woman, a complete stranger, as she left the MGM National Harbor and spoke briefly, before the woman got into her car and drove home, Fairfax County police said. Carjacking Victim Scares Off Thieves In Oxon Hill Parking Garage Detectives are investigating an attempted carjacking after a suspect tried to steal a vehicle out of an Oxon Hill garage.
