A top officer from the Anne Arundel County Police Department made a special save of a trapped patient who found itself in a perilous position. Anne Arundel Police Sgt. Matt Hall was flagged down by several concerned citizens when he was on patrol along Friendship Road near Kim Lane after a buck found itself stuck in a nearby fence line.
