Investigators have identified Chuck Deonte Jenkins, who has no fixed address, as the person found dead suffering from traumatic injuries at approximately 3:30 a.m. in the 5100 block of Indian Head Highway during a welfare check. Hypothermia Alert Issued In This Maryland County For Monday Night A hypothermia alert has been issued for Montgomery County starting at 8 p.m. Monday, Feb. 28. It will last until 10 a.m. on Tuesday, March 1. The alert is issued whenever temperatures and/or wind chill are expected to be at or below 32 degrees. In these situations, people could become exposed to hyperthermia or frostbite very easily.
