Dimeka Thornton, 37, of Windsor Mill, was operating an Acura TSX when she was struck by a driver in a stolen car in the outer loop, on the ramp to Exit 18 to Liberty Road around 12:15 a.m. Monday, April 8, the Maryland Attorney General's Office said in a release. An 88-year-old man was struck and killed while crossing the Pulaski Highway Thursday evening, March 7, police said. John Lohmeyer was attempting to cross near the 8200 block in Rosedale when he was struck by a 2019 Jeep Cherokee around 7:30 p.m., Baltimore County Police said.
