DC Man Killed By Gunman In Maryland Shared Stories Of Hope After Turning Life Around Friends and family are mourning the loss of Deangelo Moore, a father and entrepreneur who was gunned down in Prince George's County after making painstaking efforts to turn his life around after some trouble with the law.  Early on Wednesday, Oct. 3, police say that District resident Moore, 32, and Derrick Graham, 41, were shot in what his family described as "a senseless act of violence" in Oxon Hill.
