Carol Garcia-Rivas, 43, Deandre Smith, 24, and Abdi Omar, 33, were revealed to be connected to the murder of Roberto Santos-Melendez, 44, that occurred on Monday, Sept. 5, according to Prince George's County Police. Santos-Melendez was discovered unresponsive in a convenience store parking lot in the 7700 block of 23rd Avenue shortly before 1 a.m., after police received reports of a shooting.
