88-Year-Old Man Struck Dead While Crossing Pulaski Highway: Police
An 88-year-old man was struck and killed while crossing the Pulaski Highway Thursday evening, March 7, police said. John Lohmeyer was attempting to cross near the 8200 block in Rosedale when he was struck by a 2019 Jeep Cherokee around 7:30 p.m., Baltimore County Police said. A bar fight turned deadly for a 24-year-old man who was shot and killed early on Saturday morning in Harford County, according to the sheriff's office. A firetruck was involved in a crash with another driver and telephone pole that sent one person to the hospital in Harford County. Shortly before noon on Tuesday, members of the Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company were responding to a call in the 1000 block of Pulaski Highway, leading to the fateful crash, according to the agency.
