Some motorists are going to have to find a different way home on Tuesday as the afternoon commute is expected to be delayed by President Biden's visit to Maryland. National and local efforts to combat the nation's baby formula shortage are bringing out the best in organizations both big and small. The White House is working "24/7" to help feed babies after President Biden invoked the Defense Production Act after the national infant formula shortage, reports Fox News.
