An assisted living employee with an extensive pawn history has been arrested after stealing a resident's jewelry, authorities say. Maritza Ramirez, 57, had worked at Marian Assisted Living for 14 years before being charged with multiple counts of theft and theft scheme on Tuesday, May 24, according to Montgomery County police.
