On Wednesday, March 1, officers responded to reports of a robbery that occurred during dismissal at Old Mill High School, according to Anne Arundel County Police. Investigators say that two teen boys were discussing the sale of a laptop computer at the school when the 16-year-old suspect grabbed the laptop from the victim, who fought back. VA High Schooler Gave Unassuming Peer Brownie Laced With Drugs: Authorities A Virginia high school student was arrested on several charges after giving a drug-laced brownie to his unassuming peer last month, authorities said. Cole Spicer, 18, of Stafford, gave the other student an "adulterated brownie" on Thursday, April 21, the Stafford County Sheriff's Office said. Stafford High School Resource Officer, Deputy J.T.
