The students of Illing Middle School said that the teacher, 58-year-old Floyd Gray of Hartford, touched them inappropriately and made comments while in class. The incident occurred in Hartford County around 2:30 p.m. on Monday, April 15, in Glastonbury. According to Lt. Kevin Szydlo of the Glastonbury Police, the three were running near Hubbard and Maple Streets when they were struck by a car.
