Man Starts Fire At Starbucks In Fairfield County, Fights Officers, Police Say
A man was arrested after allegedly starting a fire at a Starbucks in Fairfield County and then fighting with police.
Joseph Graff, age 26, was arrested on Friday, Dec. 10, after police responded to the coffee shop in Greenwich.
Once police arrived on the scene, they found that Graff had started a fire on the side of the building on Greenwich Avenue and began resisting arrest by running into the highway, blocking traffic, said Lt. Martin O'Reilly of the Greenwich Police.

Man Accused Of Using Pepper Spray Inside Fairfield County Business
A man was charged with assault for allegedly using pepper spray on employees inside a Fairfield County business, sending one to the hospital.
Freddie Trowell, age 29, of Bridgeport, was arrested on Saturday, Oct. 23, after police responded to a business on Fairfield Avenue in Bridgeport, according to authorities.
Trowell allegedly entered the unidentified business and sprayed a substance, and ran out, said Scott Appleby, Bridgeport's director of Emergency Management.

CT Man Runs Onto I-95, Carjacks Big Rig And Hits 10 Vehicles, Police Say
A Connecticut man police believe was high on drugs was arrested after running into traffic on I-95, carjacking a big rig, and then hit 10 vehicles before crashing into a metal guard rail.
The chain of events began around 5:15 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 12, when Connecticut State Police Troop G received multiple 911 calls of a pedestrian running across the I-95 southbound lanes, in the area of Exit 46 in New Haven.
A short time later the pedestrian, later identified as Frank Montes-Rivera. age 50, of New Haven, carjacked a tractor-trailer unit, state police said.

Intoxicated Fairfield County Man Grabs, Yells At Bank Employees, Police Say
A Fairfield County man has been arrested for allegedly harassing and grabbing employees at an area bank.
Martin Marusak, age 49, was arrested on Monday, July 26, when Greenwich Police responded to the Greenwich Bank & Trust at 1103 East Putnam Ave., for a report of a man grabbing the bank manager.
According to Greenwich PD Captain Mark E. Zuccerella, Marusak was intoxicated and was acting belligerent, and attempted to grab the branch manager's arm.
