State Police Seek Witnesses To Fatal I-91 Crash That Left Person Dead Connecticut State Police are seeking witnesses to a fatal two-car crash that left one person dead. The crash took place in New Haven County around 8:10 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 5 on 1-91 northbound near Exit 15 in Wallingford.
