Bank Robbery Suspect Caught After Foot Chase, Search In Norwalk An alleged bank robber already on supervised release from the Department of Corrections Parole and Community Services is back behind bars after allegedly threatening a teller with a gun and stealing money, police said. Officers from the Norwalk Police Department were dispatched to the People’s Bank on Belden Avenue at approximately 1 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 3, where there was a reported robbery.
