Norwalk High School had an early dismissal at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday after an earlier shelter in place order was issued due to a report of a student with a weapon, according to school officials. The school posted: "Out of an abundance of caution, there is an early dismissal today at Norwalk High only beginning at 1:30 pm. Buses will be available.
