Karp Associates Inc., a construction firm based in New Canaan, Conn., was recently honored with three Home Building Industry awards by the Home Builders Association of Connecticut.
Karp Associates received the best new commercial space award for NK Apothecary, best special purpose room award for a home theater/wine cellar and the special recognition award for Community Service for the New Canaan YMCA.
Karp Associates was founded in New Canaan by Arnold Karp more than 20 years ago and specializes in renovation, custom home building, construction management and consulting.
