This home in Darien is exactly the type of house I’d like to get my hands on. I see tons of potential here. There are five bedrooms, so it’s perfect for a large family. Or even for a small family with au pairs and in-laws in tow. And it fits the bill for people who need room for their home office.

The rooms flow nicely into each other, the kitchen works well, the mudroom -- that essential repository for daily clutter -- is gigantic and cleverly designed.
