NORWALK, Conn. – The four Democratic candidates for mayor of Norwalk will debate Friday morning at the Norwalk Inn & Conference Center on East Avenue.
The debate, sponsored by The Hour newspaper, starts at 8 a.m. and will feature Common Councilman Matt Miklave, District D Democratic Chairman Vinny Mangiacopra, former Town Clerk Andy Garfunkel and former Norwalk Police Chief Harry Rilling.
Among the questions the debate was slated to pose to the candidates were some that were submitted by residents.
The four candidates are vying for the party’s nomination to run against four-term incumbent Republican Mayor Richard Moccia.
