A Fairfield County man found himself in trouble with the law after he allegedly repeatedly contacted a woman who had an Order of Protection out against him, police said.
Officers from the Milford Police Department took custody of Norwalk resident Antonio DeMarco, 34, who had an active warrant out for his arrest.
According to police, DeMarco allegedly continually contacted a woman who had a full no-contact protective order against him. He did so several times beginning late last year, lasting through February this year until his arrest.
DeMarco was arrested and charged with violating a protective order. Following his arraignment, he was released and is scheduled to appear in court this week to respond to the charge.
