Palumbo was born March 18, 1925, in Bridgeport, daughter of Michael and Frances Rua Palumbo. She was a retired executive assistant for S & S Tobacco of Norwalk.
Palumbo is survived by brother-in-law, John Connelly of Bridgeport; several nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; and sisters, Louise Connelly and Mary Arbas.
There will be no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, June 26 at 10 a.m. directly in St. Margaret Shrine, 2523 Park Ave., Bridgeport. Interment will follow in St. Michael's Cemetery, Stratford.
