It's hot, and it's going to stay hot in Fairfield County this week. So, if you're in the market for a portable air conditioner, keep reading for some tips on how to buy one.
Highs will hit the low 80s Tuesday and it will be even hotter Wednesday, when temperatures will reach the mid-80s, the National Weather Service says. There also is a 40 percent chance of thunderstorms Wednesday. Skies should remain sunny later in the week, when temperatures may drop into the high 70s in Fairfield County.
