Cinco de Mayo has come and gone. But if you didn’t get your fill of the fiesta, you’re in luck. Filling Station, New Canaan’s premier burger joint, has Cinco de Mayo-inspired specials running all month.

Embracing their signature flair for building a more creative burger, this month’s special is a south of the boarder style chorizo burger. Between the bun you’ll find homemade chorizo, lime cilantro crema, queso fresco, lettuce and tomato.

And if that’s not enough to make your mouth water, try pairing it with their Dulce de Leche Shake of the Month.
