When was the last time you gutted, gilled and scaled your own fish before you stuffed, roasted or grilled it? Most people dont make a habit of it, if only because they dont know how. But Saturday, March 26, youll have a chance to learn how to do it from a trained professional. Will Dominguez, the head of the Seafood Department at the Whole Foods Market in Darien, will teach you how several ways to prepare your fish and bait you with some other tricks from his tackle box. Its a free event, from 11:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Whole Foods Market is located at 150 Ledge Road in Darien.
