Bring your kids to Stepping Stones Museum to watch Kicking Daisies on August 1. We promise, no flowers will be harmed!
Kicking Daisies is a group of talented young musicians who are the 'tween set's next, best thing, the new major musical crush. Group members are: Duran Visek, lead vocals and rhythm guitar, Caitlin Kalafus, drums and vocals, Ben Spremulli, lead guitar, Carly Kalafus, bass guitar, keyboards and vocals. Their concert is a benefit for Stepping Stones and takes place in its Celebration Courtyard.
Critics are lining up in Kicking Daisies' corner. Reviewpossee.com, which tracks new music, says, "Kicking Daisies possesses enough pop-rock energy to propel itself at the world with some serious momentum. They capture teen idealism and exploration with optimism and upbeat energy." Tickets for their 7 p.m. show, which takes place rain or shine, are $12.
