Anich received the award for Outstanding Home Staging for her impeccable home staging at 6 Cardinal Lane in Westport.
This property was built for the luxury market, with refined craftsmanship by Dominici & Broder Associates. Anich is known for her magical transformations of spaces and providing her clients with "Chic Interiors for a Sophisticated Lifestyle."
In the Westport home, Anich incorporated pink accent colors, coordinated with the artwork to give the room a feminine touch. Black and white pillows as well as other black and white accents appealed to the masculine counterpart. Contrasting textures, colors, and materials added glitz and bling for a luxurious and chic lifestyle.
Anich was awarded with the HOBI Award "Best Interior Design” in 2012 and conferred by the Real Estate Staging Association as a leader in the industry with the Professional Stager of the Year 2013 for the USA as well as the overall winner for North America Awards. “Winning the HOBI Award is such a great honor for me and I am proud to be part of such a great association! “ Anich said.
Anich is educated in both interior design as well as staging. “I bring the best of both worlds to the table as the approach, process and thinking, reasoning and making design decisions is very different when staging versus designing for living. Often professionals have not been trained and educated in one or the other area, thus they do not understand the sharp distinction – you don’t know what you don’t know,” she said.
