New Seafood Restaurant Preps For Grand Opening In Norwalk

NORWALK, Conn. -- Contemporary American food with a focus on New England seafood is on the menu at Saltwater, a new restaurant in Norwalk.

The eatery, owned by Hector Correa and Carlos Lopez, will also have some Italian influences from Lopez's background at previous kitchens including Bianco Rosso, and 55 Degrees.

The restaurant, which is taking over 128 Washington St., where the Asian restaurant Ch’i Public House had previously been, will have its grand opening Saturday, July 29 and Sunday, July 30 (invitation only) with full-service open to the public on Wednesday, Aug. 2.
