Landmark Restaurant Space To Reopen As New Eatery In West Hartford A landmark restaurant space in downtown West Hartford may soon be serving food once again with a new owner and chef. Earlier this month, Berlin D. Pineda, of West Hartford’s Caribe Restaurant on Park Street, filed an application for a restaurant liquor permit at 345 Prospect Ave. in West Hartford. The application filed with the Department of Consumer Protection notes that acoustic bands will perform there.
