The identity has been released of a person who was killed after being struck by a train at a station in New York. The incident happened around 2 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 6 in Westchester County when the man trespassing on tracks at the Port Chester station was struck by the Stamford-bound Metro-North train on Track 3, according to an MTA spokesperson. A person was killed after being struck by an MTA train in Connecticut. The incident happened around 1:40 p.m. Friday, Nov. 24 in New Haven County. A dispute between three men on a Metro-Nnorth train led to a shooting on the platform of a Connecticut train station that left one person in critical condition. The incident took place in New Haven County around 8:30 p.m., Wednesday, July 5 at the New Haven Union Station, said Tim Minton, communications director for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority. The incident happened early Sunday afternoon, April 9 in Fairfield County near the station in the town of Fairfield, according to MTA officials. A Metro-North worker who lives and works in the Hudson Valley who allegedly called in sick to be part of the pro-Trump riots at the United States Capitol has been suspended.
