Swerving I-95 Motorist From Stamford Charged With DUI, Darien Police Say A Stamford motorist caught swerving on I-95 has been charged with DUI, according to police. Darien Police say they observed the driver of a red Ford pickup truck traveling down the Exit 11 Northbound off-ramp on Saturday, Sept. 28 around 2:40 a.m. The driver failed to stop at a red light and then continued traveling across Post Road onto the Entrance 11 Northbound on-ramp, police say. The officer continued to follow the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop after he allegedly observing the vehicle swerving in its lane.
