Virginia Child Exploitation Investigation Takes Unexpected Turn Upon SWAT Team's Discovery: PD What started as an investigation into a man having sexually explicit conversations online led to the seizure of an illegal machine gun in Virginia, police said. Craig Strasbourger, 31, of Vienna, became the center of an investigation following a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, Fairfax County police said.  He was believed to have been "engaging in sexual communication" with a child from Kentucky, police said.
