On Friday night, officers from the Fairfax County Police Department were called to the 8700 block of Sacramento Drive, where they found 25-year-old Joshua Fieldings suffering from a single gunshot wound to his upper body. He was rushed to an area hospital, but later died from the injury. Jovan Saunders, 45, of Alexandria, has been charged with aggravated malicious wounding, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and use of a firearm during the commission of a felony, city police said.
